Motoko's Place in Stand alone Complex
One of Motoko's hideouts is a house in the mountains. In the end of season 1, there is a fight between Batou and some marine units, including a Type 303 Armed Suit. In the end, three Tachikoma units are killed in order to save Batou.
Another hiding place is in a high-rise building opposite the headquarters of Section 9. The seriously injured Batou is treated here while Motoko awakens her cyber body. She uses another as bait who ends up misleading Yakujima's Marine troops. On the roof of the hideout, the decoy Motoko is finally killed by a sniper.

The hiding places has everything Motoko needs to go undetected. Including a laboratory to create cyber bodies, various types of weapons and ammunition. But also clothing and gear from different countries she can use for her disguises.
