Dr. Ouelet is a scientist who works for Hanka Robotics.
Ghost in the Shell (2017)[]
Ouelet was one of the scientists on Hanka robotics project 2571. She worked to put a human mind into a robotic body. After 98 failed attempts she was finally able to put Motoko Kusanagi mind into a cyborg. Ouelet continued to work on and care for the major while secretly hiding information about the experiments and Motoko’s past. She is shot by Cutter when she refuses to kill the major and lets her escape.
